Product feature and application
When we want the pulse igniter to work, press the switch and turn on the power supply, then the self-agitating circuit will start to vibrate. The oscillating voltage starts to rise, and after a series of reactions, high pressure is generated to discharge at the tip, and then electric spark is generated. At the same time, the gas will pass through the gas transmission pipe --- valve body through hole --- gas valve core --- solenoid valve --- injection pipe --- nozzle --- furnace head --- air door --- fire cover, and it is mixed with the air twice in the middle, and then it encounters the electric spark generated by the high pressure, and the combustion reaction occurs. By adjusting the size of the air door, the air mixing coefficient is changed once, to prevent the yellow flame being generated.

Why the flame size can be adjust by the pulse igniter?
This is because when the thermocouple is heated at the beginning of combustion, it will generate electromotive force, and then the electromotive force will enter the coil of the solenoid valve through the wire to generate a magnetic field, making the solenoid valve suck in, thus keeping the air valve in the open state, after loosing the hand, you can adjust the flame size freely by twisting the button.
