The car heater was first produced in Europe in the 1940 s. It is mainly used to warm up the engine in winter and provide heating for truck cab or bus cab. The working of fuel humidifier igniter principle is: when the 24V power supply is supplied, the oscillating circuit works to drive the vehicle fuel humidifier igniter MOS tube, and generates 15kV high voltage through the boost transformer. The high voltage output point of the Bus Air Conditioner Liquid Heater Igniter is connected with the ignition pin to generate an orange arc of 5~10mm, which is used as the fire source of fuel to drive the heater to work, and the main motor of the heater drives the plunger oil pump. The oil pump sends the inhaled fuel oil to the atomizer through the oil pipeline. The atomizer mixes the fuel oil with the air inhaled by the combustion-supporting fan in the main combustion chamber through centrifugal force, ignites it by the hot electric plug, and turns back after fully burning in the rear combustion chamber. Through the inner wall of the water jacket and the heat sink above, the heat is transferred to the medium-coolant in the interlayer of the water jacket. After heating, the medium circulates in the whole pipeline system under the action of circulating water pump (or thermal convection) to achieve the purpose of heating.
