An electronic gas igniter that can work for a long time
Not long ago, I received a product feedback from an Italian customer. The customer has bought the TW-DHQ-01 fog machine igniter for many times. The customer reported that the product broke and large bubbles from on the plastic after continuous work for more than 3 hours.
After receiving the feedback from the customer, I immediately contacted the engineer. The engineer said that TW-DHQ-01 is specially designed for the development and design of the mist sprayer. The longest working time is 2 hours, cuz the pesticides in the fogging machine will be finished within two hours. If the working time of the igniter exceeds 2 hours, the parts inside the igniter will be deformed due to thermal expansion.
After consulting the customer's desired working time, we can help the customer to redesign the circuit scheme. The customer requires a maximum working time of 3-5 hours. The engineer recommended the TW-WN01 electric pulse igniter to the customer. This igniter has an input of 12VDC and can work for at least 10 hours without damage. The customer is also very satisfied with the parameters of the product,and bought 15 samples for testing. Customer complaints were also satisfactorily resolved.
